NDI specializes in the areas of IP telephony, WAN switching, VPN/security, cable, voice access, advanced security, network management, SNA / IP, wireless LAN, and security. NDI also demonstrated capabilities to provide 8/5 technical support, 24-hour call back, 24-hour on-site response, configuration services, and lab equipment demo capabilities.
With Cisco Premier Certified Partner status, NDI demonstrates its corporate commitment to and expertise in using Cisco products and solutions. Corporate proven capabilities include the deployment of WAN, LAN, and campus solutions to accomplish branch office connectivity, e-commerce, telecommuting / mobile computing for Federal, state, and local Government, and commercial business entities.
NDI has implemented Cisco wired and wireless solutions at General Services Administration, Federal Supply Service during the last year. Most recently, NDI supported the high-visibility Bush-Cheney Presidential Transition Team using Cisco Aironet 340 series LAN products to provide high-speed, wireless networking for both in-building and building-to-building wireless LAN applications.
NDI relied heavily on Cisco products in support of the Decennial Network Operations Center (DNOC) for the Bureau of the Census, Census 2000 project.
